Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy through gentle touch or intention. The word Rei means “spiritual wisdom” and Ki means “life energy.” Together, Reiki helps restore balance in body, mind, and spirit by supporting the body’s natural healing process and opening pathways for peace, clarity, and inner strength.
Everything in the universe is energy, and when that energy is blocked or imbalanced, it can create stress, illness, or emotional disharmony. Reiki flows to where it is needed most, releasing energetic blockages and reawakening the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Many people experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or a sense of profound calm during and after a session.

Carol is a certified Reiki Master, trained with William Lee Rand, one of the world’s most respected Reiki teachers and founder of the International Center for Reiki Training. She integrates Reiki with other healing modalities such as sound therapy, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, creating a holistic approach to support each person’s journey.
Reiki can be experienced both in person (at Carol’s Cambridge studio) and virtually (via Zoom). Distance is no barrier to energy — many clients find virtual sessions just as powerful as those experienced in person.
Each session is an invitation to pause, receive, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within.
